DAY1 / Sep 9, 2026 (Wednesday) Arrival · Heart of the Arctic

Group members will arrive at the Northwest Territories border town of Inuvik, where the M2 team will pick them up. Experience your first taste of Arctic air in this polar town at 68°N, and look forward to the northern expedition ahead.

Here stands the world's northernmost Catholic church, quietly nestled in the Arctic town as autumn colors begin to show, offering a glimpse into Inuit culture.

The night is the most anticipated moment: if the sky is clear, you may witness the first aurora borealis of this journey under a sky full of stars, capturing the magical dance of the Northern Lights, setting the stage for this trip.

DAY2 / Sep 10, 2026 (Thursday) Departure · Baptism of the Arctic Ocean

In the morning, the northern journey officially begins! We arrive at the coast of the Arctic Ocean, standing on the "edge of the world," with the vast ocean at 70°N before us. The crisp, salty air blows across our faces, immersing us in the Arctic atmosphere. Experience the grandeur and solemnity of this remote northern land.

Special Experience: Visit the homes of Indigenous people, taste their traditional cuisine, and learn about their language, clothing, and hunting methods. You will discover that in this land, "life" and "survival" are but a step apart, yet there is still an abundance of warmth and dignity.

DAY3 / Sep 11, 2026 (Friday) Farewell to the Arctic Circle

Today, we venture deep into the northern wilderness, driving south into the Eagle Plain area, officially entering the embrace of pristine nature.

The scenery along the way becomes increasingly magnificent: golden, low shrubs cover the permafrost, distant snow-capped mountains reveal their peaks, and the road is sometimes rugged and winding, sometimes straight through vast wilderness. This is a paradise for wildlife. If you're lucky, you'll encounter moose, Arctic foxes, and even Dall sheep on distant hillsides.

In the evening, we arrive at a retro hunter-style inn, with walls adorned with antlers, bear skins, and snowshoes, a microcosm of Arctic culture. You can enjoy a hot drink under elk antler chandeliers, sitting by the fire with fellow travelers, sharing stories and surprises from the "Northern Highway."

DAY4 / Sep 12, 2026 (Saturday) Wilderness Contemplation

Drive to Dawson City—the former dreamland of gold prospectors. The gold rush once made this the most prosperous town in the far north, and today, it still retains that wild, untamed spirit.

Along the way, the Arctic scenery unfolds: vast permafrost, winding rivers, and snow-capped mountains shrouded in morning mist, all captivating the soul. Stroll through Dawson City, follow in the footsteps of Jack London, and relive the legendary stories of the northern wilderness he penned.

DAY5 / Sep 13, 2026 (Sunday) Journey Through the Gold Rush Era

Full-day in-depth cultural experience in Dawson City.

Visit the Gold Rush Museum, pilgrimage to Jack London's former cabin, explore the historic casino in town, and dare to try the Sourtoe Cocktail (the famous "Toe Cocktail" challenge), then stroll freely through Dawson town.

In the evening, ascend the viewpoint to overlook the confluence of the Yukon River and search for traces of the aurora.

DAY6 / Sep 14, 2026 (Monday) Return to Civilization's Prologue

Arrive in Whitehorse—the capital of the Yukon, also known as the "Gateway to the North." This city is the starting point where polar exploration and human stories intersect, and an example of modernity coexisting with the wilderness.

Along the way, we will traverse the magnificent Yukon mountains, where glacial lakes and coniferous forests intertwine to create a picturesque scene. Upon arrival, you'll discover that although far from the hustle and bustle, it's full of vitality and artistic flair—old wooden buildings, colorful street murals, and warm people, all telling stories of the North. There is one less provincial tax here than in other provinces, making it a great place to buy outdoor gear!

In the evening, freely explore the exquisite corners of this city, or enjoy a hot drink, reflecting on the fantastical journey in the cold night.

DAY7 / Sep 15, 2026 (Tuesday) Homeward Bound

On the last day of the trip, experience the Takhini Hot Springs and relax in the natural hot springs, bringing a perfect end to your Arctic journey. No alarms, no rushed schedule. You can take a leisurely stroll in Whitehorse's morning light, find a post office or a unique coffee shop, send an Arctic postcard, and write a message to your future self—perhaps of感動 (gratitude/emotion), perhaps of想念 (missing/nostalgia), or perhaps just a farewell to this polar land.

If you wish, you can walk the riverbank trail again, watching how the snow-capped mountains reflect in the Yukon River; or find an old book about Arctic survival in a city bookstore, to take home as a spiritual souvenir of this journey.

When the plane takes off and pierces through the clouds, remember to look back—because you have truly walked to the "end of the world," and the light and shadow of the North will forever remain etched in your memory.
